Theresa Franck Moore, 56, of Panama City Beach, FL, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012 at her residence in Winchester, VA. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. C.D.T. on Monday, August 6, 2012 at Southerland Funeral Home Chapel in Panama City, FL with Rev. Paul Medley officiating. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. C.D.T. at Memory Hill Cemetery in Dothan, AL. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. C.D.T., prior to the funeral service on Monday, August 6, 2012 Southerland Funeral Home. Survivors include her sons, William Patrick Moore and John Pierce Moore, both of Bainbridge, GA; her mother, Vivian Franck of Panama City, FL; and her brother, Skip Franck of Panama City, FL. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Francis Franck.
