Thomas Mobley

Thomas M. Mobley, 51, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, March 04, 2015 at Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Ivey Funeral Home prior to the funeral service. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Thomas was born in Columbus, GA., the son of Paul J. Mobley and Mary Peake Mobley. He was a gifted craftsman who could construct anything with wood. An avid Atlanta Braves fan, Thomas enjoyed watching games and collecting sports memorabilia. He was a member of Highway Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Reba Boyett Mobley; children, Elizabeth and Noahlee Mobley, all of Bainbridge; siblings, Edward Mobley, Larry Mobley, and Carlene Watson and her spouse, Larry; close nephews, Kevin and Keith Guthrey, all of Phenix City, AL; and numerous cousins and extended family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Paulette Sue Mobley.
