Veronica Antis

Veronica Annelle Antis, 69, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at West Bainbridge United Methodist Church with Rev. Jean Watson officiating and will conclude at the church. Interment will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Ivey Funeral Home. Mrs. Antis was born February 10, 1945 in Early County, GA, the daughter of Bob Morette Justice and Nancy Jane Lewis Justice. She was a graduate of Moultrie High School and was a homemaker. Mrs. Antis was a member of West Bainbridge Methodist Church, enjoyed collectibles especially thimbles, and also enjoyed time spent with her family. Survivors include her husband, Dan Antis of Bainbridge, GA; her children, Martin Antis of Athens, GA, Michael Antis of Tallahassee, FL, Nancy Antis-Moye of Bainbridge, GA, Bert Bruner of Belmont, NC and Dawn Larson of Baltimore Maryland; her grandchildren, Chelsea Taylor, Gabe Antis, Jude Antis, Mackenzie Antis, Ryan Antis, Haylie Moye, Kenny Barton, Lillian Moye, Arielle Larson, James Larson, and Bailey Bruner; and her siblings, Geraldine Hand, Burma Jane Miller and Mattie Lee Justice. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Glenn M. Justice, Jim Tom Justice, Malvie Williams, Mary Justice, and Lucy Knight.
