Virginia Comerford

Mrs. Virginia (Jenny) Joiner Comerford, age 66, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015, in Bainbridge, Georgia. There will be a private family service later this week. Virginia Myrle Joiner Comerford was born August 25, 1949. Her parents were Curtis Lamar and Emma Jean Joiner. Jenny lived in Jackson County, Florida most of her life. She worked for the State of Florida at the Florida State Hospital. After her retirement, she has thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren. Jenny loved to sit outside and enjoy nature. She was always doing for others. Jenny Comerford will be sorely missed by the family she loved so much. Mrs. Comerford is survived by her children, Angela Grubbs and husband, Wink of Bainbridge, Georgia and Clayton Wright of Grand Ridge, Florida; Sisters and brothers, Wanda Sue Seale of White Plains, Maryland, Patricia Gibson of Marianna, Florida, Hank Joiner of Marianna, and Tony Joiner of Greenwood, Florida; and her grandchildren, Abigael Grubbs and Chayton Wright. Jenny was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kathy Burch.
