Vivian Tobias

Vivian D. Tobias, 82, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Primitive Union Cemetery. Mrs. Tobias was born January 16, 1931 in Colquitt, GA, the daughter of Murphy Richard Daniels and Clyde Middleton. She was a graduate of Miller County High School, Class of 1949, a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, and an administrative clerk for ASCS. Survivors include her daughters, Lori J. Steele of Long Beach, MS, and Susan Tranbarger of Sylvester, GA; her son, Roy Tobias of Albany, GA; her brothers, David Daniels and Randy Daniels; her 12 grandchildren and her 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Tobias was preceded in death by her husband Roy M. Tobias; and her sons, H. B. "Hank" Spooner, IV, Steve Tobias, and Ray Tobias.
