W. Maynard Brock, 54, of Thomasville, GA, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 at his residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Danny Shepard officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Ivey Funeral Home. He was a former sales clerk with Thomasville Plumbing Supply Company. He was preceded in death by his brothers, John Lawson Brock and Clifton Allen Brock. Survivors include his sisters, Barbara Bailey of Tallahassee, FL and Leola Stokley of Monticello, FL; his nieces and nephews, Chasity Phillips and her husband, Brent, Christopher Bailey and his wife, Jody, Justin Stokley, and Josie Stokley; and his great-nephews, Peyton Phillips and Palmer Phillips.
