Mr. William W. (Bill) Drew, age 65, passed away Monday, February 12, 2007 at Memorial Hospital in Bainbridge, GA. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel in Bainbridge, GA with Dr. Danny Shepard officiating. Interment will follow at Brinson Cemetery in Brinson, GA with Monroe Godwin, Bill Whaley, Mackey Brock, Turner Brock, Carlton Cook and Joe Putnal serving as active pallbearers. Mr. Drew was born on July 18, 1941 in Melbourne, FL, the son of Ted Drew and Ruth Holland Drew. He graduated from Houston County High School in Columbia, AL, served in the U. S. Marines, and was a painting contractor. Survivors include his wife, Clara Brown Drew of Bainbridge, GA; a brother: Bruce Drew of Newton, AL.
