William Hester

William A. "Billy" Hester, 64, of Attapulgus, GA, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2009 at his residence. The Memorial service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lynn Hurley officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. He was an offset pressman and had worked at Cape Canaveral, Walt Disney World, The Post Searchlight and Ponder's Printing. He served in the U. S. Army and was a member of the United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father William Robert Hester, his mother Martha Virginia Davis Hester, and his sister, Virginia Ann Hester. Survivors include his brother, Robert L. "Bob" Hester of Attapulgus, GA.
