William Morgan

Funeral services for Mr. William Davis Bill Morgan will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Stephen Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Paul Goodwin, Will Goodwin, Dennis Sauls, Tip Morgan, Kyle Gunner and Rob Lanford serving as active pallbearers. Mr. Morgan was born October 31, 1952 in Atlanta, GA the son of Thomas Edward Morgan of Lawrenceville, GA and the now late Grace Carmen Proctor. He married Evelyn Patricia Morgan November 30, 1985. He was a Binder Assembler with the Georgia Factory for the Blind. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Council for the Blind, Federation for the Blind and an avid Braves Baseball Fan. He has lived in Bainbridge since 1984 moving from Lawrenceville, GA. He passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Archbold Medical Center. Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife of 24 years Evelyn Patricia Morgan of Bainbridge; one step daughter Vicky Reene McCuen of Williamsburg, VA; three sisters Nancy Sauls and husband Dennis of Elijay, GA, Patti Lanford and husband Rob of Covington, GA and Dana Goodwin and husband Paul of Snellville, GA; one brother Tom Morgan and wife Stacy of Marietta, GA; several nieces and nephews.
