William Jason Morton, 39, of Tallahassee, FL, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020. The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Tallahassee National Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Dean officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.  Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Jason was born December 17, 1980 in Tallahassee, FL.  He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1999, and served tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan in the U. S. Army.  He was a draftsman for an architectural firm.  He loved spending time with his daughter, Emily, who was "Gracie Face" to him.  He was an avid guitarist and loved Auburn football and his dog, Max. Survivors include his daughter, Emily Morton of Bainbridge, GA; and his mother, Leslie Brumby Stone and her husband, Bubba.
