Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.William Leroy Wimberly was born May 17, 1965 in Bainbridge, GA the son of William Henry Wimberly, Jr. and Josephine Purvis Wimberly. Leroy married his wife Tammy Marie Pollock on September 15, 2014. He was a member of Potters House Church. Leroy was a roofer by trade but enjoyed working with his hands especially if it was on cars. Occasionally he could be found at his favorite fishing hole. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Pollock Wimberly, of Bainbridge; his daughter, Brittney Wimberly, also of Bainbridge; his father, William Henry Wimberly, Jr.;his siblings Bill Wimberly and his wife, Teresa, of Virginia Beach, VA and Ann Marie Alguire of Monticello, FL; and his granddaughter Mahlina Wimberly. Leroy was preceded in death by his son Joshua Wimberly; his mother, Josephine Purvis Wimberly; his step-mother, Mattie Wimberly; and his sister, Bernice R. Wimberly Pace.
