Willie M. Bellflower, age 86, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024, in Archbold Medical Center, Thomasville, Georgia. Services for Mrs. Bellflower will be held graveside, 11:00 am, Friday, January 3, in Friendship Cemetery, Donalsonville, Georgia. The Rev. Ron Kirkland will officiate.

Willie M. Cloud Bellflower was born June 23, 1938 in Seminole County, Georgia to Lindsey Ball (L.B.) Cloud and Virginia Bell Baldwin Cloud. She grew up and lived most of her life around Donalsonville. In May of 1969, she married Henry M. Bellflower who has preceded her in death. She was a hard working lady. She worked as a seamstress at Williamson-Dickies for many years. She and Henry owned and operated Dairy King in West Bainbridge. Willie finally retired after 25 years working in the lab of Shaw Industries. Willie ran a home daycare center for a long time and touched the lives of many small ones. Now that they are adults, they still come to visit the kind lady that took such good care of them. Willie loved to fish, loved movies, and loved to shop. She was a member and faithfully attended Christian Faith Church. Willie adored her family, especially the grandchildren. They were her heart. Known to speak her mind, hard-working, strong in spirit and faith, Willie Bellflower will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Mrs. Bellflower is survived by her children, Lamar Cloud, Alan Thomas (Rebecca), and Wanda Loyless, all of Bainbridge, Georgia; grandchildren, Kristin Phillips Trusow (Keith), Amanda Loyless, and Brian Loyless; great-grandchildren, Austin Phillips, Lindsay Phillips, and Peyton Cloud; great-great grandchild, Saylor White; and her nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings, Howard Murkerson, and Faye Brackin, and son-in-law, David Loyless.
