Mrs. Winnie Kinard (Billie) Wall, 94, passed away February 27, 2007 at Memorial Manor in Bainbridge, GA. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Calvin Arnold and Dr. Kenneth Cloud officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery near Brinson, GA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Ivey Funeral Home. She was a homemaker and a member of Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Wall. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
